Our group of experienced clinicians has a collective goal of making high-quality mental health care more accessible. At DIA Health, you will have a dedicated mental health care clinician who will provide treatment tailored to your individual needs to help you live and function better.

 

Personalized, high-quality mental health care is often out of reach to the average patient and family. To address this gap, we focus on patients who choose to use their commercial insurance to cover mental health care needs. We are committed to providing the type of attentive and individually tailored care to our patients normally found at less accessible private practices.

 

We are currently in-network with Cigna and Evernorth in California and plan to create in-network agreements with other insurance companies. We also accept fee for service payment (private pay) if needed. We offer both telehealth (online/virtual) and office-based care.

 

We offer a range of services including child, adolescent, adult and geriatric care, as well as various forms of psychotherapy, medication management, assessments and consultations. Our clinicians are diverse in terms of both backgrounds and skill sets.

 

Dia means light in Sanskrit and day in Spanish/Portuguese. We chose this name for our group because we strive, through our services, to expand the light in the lives of our patients. We aim to help improve functioning, reduce troublesome symptoms and help you and others we work with to live more enjoyable and meaningful lives.
